On the Texas examines it ask the question how much can you be fined per day for violations, couldn’t find it anywhere the fire marshal didn’t know either. Had a DOT refresher course today and it gave the answer 49 CFR 107.329 107.333. For civil violations the fine is $79,976 per day. Weird amount!!! But there it is.
