Hey PAT members,

I’m organizing the group buy this fall for PAT. We are going through Spirit of 76 again, as they offer an extensive selection at a good price discount for our group. You must be a member of PAT to participate in the group buy.

To order:

  1. Fill in the Excel Doc

  2. Rename the FILE to “2022 Fall Group Buy (Your Name Here)”

  3. Email the Excel Doc to nsainz@multiforms.com with the subject line “2022 Fall Group Buy (Your Name Here)”.

  4. Then send payment for your order to nsainz@multiforms.com via PAYPAL.
    Send Payment as “FRIENDS AND FAMILY”

Once I have received your order and payment, I’ll add you to the group buy.

ORDER CUT OFF 9-3-2022 AT MIDNIGHT
